Returns policy - Sale Items + Giveaway items

 All Sale purchases are final and cannot be Exchanged or Refunded, so make sure you get your correct size!

Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Returns are free for UK orders only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for both delivery and returns.

The Buyer must start the returns process within 14 days after receiving their order via the 'Clicks It' tab found on the footer of the 8SWIM London home page. Alternatively, you can paste the following URL link into your browser:

8SWIM are not responsible for customer returns. All goods will remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by us and we cannot not accept any liability for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit. We always recommend using a guaranteed / trackable delivery service.

    Returns outside UK

    We are not liable for any Returns postage costs, customs duties and taxes on Goods being returned back to 8SWIM from outside the UK.

    • Your return transit documents / customs form must indicate RETURNED GOODS: being returned to UK.
    • If this is not indicated on the transit documents / customs form, then customs charges will be applied on arrival to the UK. As a result, the parcel delivery will be refused and sent back to you and no refund will be given

     

    For all returns and cancellations made in accordance with our terms, we shall, if requested, issue a refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you all of the cancelled goods which have been supplied. If no goods were supplied, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the date your notice of cancellation is received by 8SWIM.

    Once we have received your returned goods and their condition has been inspected and approved, a refund or an exchange will be issued.

    We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment that the buyer used for the initial transaction.

    If in the event an exchange is requested, exchanges can only be provided in different sizes / colours and is subject to availability. If you would like a different style, customers should follow the Returns procedure as outlined in the Returns / Exchanges Conditions below and then order the different style separately.

    Any request may be denied if the instructions as stated in Returns & Exchanges Policy have not been followed. In such a case the buyer shall be notified via email and the goods returned back to them.

    If the returns package is lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to start the Refund or Exchange process. We recommended you send the goods back in accordance with our terms or alternatively to use a tracked / guaranteed delivery service to ensure your package is returned. All goods will remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by us and we shall not accept any liability for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

    Returns / Exchanges Conditions

    Please note, returns not abiding by the following policies will be returned to the sender:

    • All swimwear must be tried on over underwear and all goods must be returned unused and unwashed
    • All items must be in the original condition with any packaging and free gifts sent with swimwear
    • All tags must be still intact and the hygienic liners adhesive strips still attached and not having been removed or tampered with
    • Goods stained with perfume, deodorant or visible makeup including dirt and any other marks that have altered the appearance of the good(s) from how they were originally supplied
    • If the garment shows any signs of wear or damage, such as tears

    Any infringement of the above will result in any Return / Refund / Exchange not being processed and good(s) being returned back to the customer

    We reserve the right to withdraw the rights to return if excessive returns are requested.

    Sale item goods are final sale and cannot be Returned / Refunded or Exchanged. Only regular priced goods may be refunded or exchanged

     

    Faulty goods

    All our products go through quality control before being shipped. If in the unlikely event any goods that are received are faulty please follow the returns procedure sending the good(s) back within 14 days of receiving your order and they will be repaired or replaced (for the exact colour and size of the original purchase) or refunded at our discretion.

    Cancellation

    For purchases within the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which the last of the goods you wish to cancel are delivered to you. To exercise this right, you must contact us and inform us via email at: returns@8swimlondon.com

    Disclaimer: all Giveaway competition winners are not entitled receive a refund since no purchase was paid. If you receive your size as stated in the Giveaway Quiz and subsequently receive your swimwear and it does not fit you, 8SWIM is at no obligation to exchange or replace your swimwear.
