Shipping - COVID update

Shipping and delivery dates may vary due to Covid-19.

All swimwear will be shipped via signed for post. As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with all the relevant information to the email address provided when you created your account.

 

Giveaway

One lucky beach-bum will win an 8SWIM swimsuit or bikini. Entries to the Giveaway are made via our Quiz on our homepage. The winner will select their style according to availability in their size.

Giveaway ends 8.9.20. The winner will be contact by email on 11.9.20. 

The giveaway item chosen is final and cannot be exchanged or refunded

 

Can I return items on sale?

All sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, so make sure you get your correct size!

Do we ship to destinations besides the UK, Europe + USA?

We currently only have shipping costs on our website for orders being shipped to the UK, Europe and to USA. If you would like a order to be shipped to any other country please do get in touch and contact us at: hello@8swimlondon.com and we will see what we can do!

Import Duties 

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees etc) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. 8SWIM cannot predict which of these fees, charges, if any, will be applied, as they can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

8SWIM isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.

If your international order is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.

What if something in my order is damaged or incorrect?

This is extremely rare, but if this happens, please email and contact us at hello@8swimlondon.com with images of the product and we'll take care of this for you.

Does your swimwear run true-to-size?

Generally speaking, yes! However, we do recommend sizing up with some of our more compressive pieces - make sure to read our Tips section on each product page for sizing advice + check our size guide

  • We always recommend contacting us at hello@8swimlondon.com for speedy help in selecting the best size for you!  
  • If you have a fuller cup size (a D-cup or larger) we recommend that you size up for a better fit.

If our swimwear feels small when first trying on the item do not worry! Pull the fabric slowly and go with the initial squeeze over the bottom and thighs, that's just the shapewear doing it's job.

 

How do I wash my swimsuits?

We recommend hand washing your swimwear by itself with cold water and a gentle soap. Air dry to keep your suit in good condition. Do not pack wet swimwear among other garments.
